Taking into account the decades we know each other - we worked by all means on high-quality spiritual-cultural projects - serving mainly the GLOBAL PROCESS of ETHICS and PEACE, I take the opportunity to send to you my brotherly Love and wishes of JOY to the new cultural process, which will start officially by October 21st.
This day will be an other highlight, with KazaKhstan contributing to the world-culture - with you in the position you honestly deserve!
Knowing that you and your wife have devoted your life to the world of Art and Spirituality, on which we became co-workers as well as spiritual brothers on a worlwide-level, - I am proud that you reached this high target and full of respect to you and your family!
So please take my blessings, my sympathy and Love - dear brother Tolegen - to the great days ahead of you and to the even greater task and responsibility - you are in...!
