Dear friends! Participants of the World Forum of Spiritual culture! Colleagues and adherents!

The mankind faces terrible challenges again and again. Peace on Earth is again threatened. We can see that number of local conflicts grows bringing a risk to develop into the global scale. Some ambitions of politicians prevail over a sense of responsibility and cause the split of the world into opposite sides and blocks. 

The governments speak among themselves in mutual recriminations and sanctions language. Simple people, old men, women and children suffer from it, and they are compelled to leave their living places, become refugees and victims of humanitarian disasters. Unfortunately more often and more loudly we are hearing about inevitability of a new world war.

At the same time the mankind passes 100th anniversary of the beginning of World War I. It's lessons remind how different countries, apparently, besides their direct will as a result of mutual claims, misunderstanding and unwillingness to find a compromise by threats and ultimatums were inevitably involved into funnel of slaughter. Unfortunately it seems like some of politicians does not acquire these lessons, and there is no way to prevent planetary cataclysm.

But we believe that such forces do exist! These are millions of people from all continents, not willing to become meat for guns in this war. This is grass-roots movement for Peace. This is developed civil society that didn’t exist hundred years ago. This is Unity of all people of good will and spirit culture.

The World Forum of Spiritual Culture (WFSC) takes its place in this row. From the moment of the I World Congress of the Spiritual Concord carried out in 1992 we persistently defended ideals of the peace, a non-violence, humanity, spirituality, tolerance and mutual respect. Today we cannot allow all our works become a vain. And it won't occur! This confidence is coming from success of lead World Forum of Spiritual Culture that took place in 2010 in Astana. More than one thousand delegates from 72 countries took part on it. And behind each of us there are hundreds, thousand, tens of thousands of people. Together we are mighty! Our debt today is to save mankind from opposition collapse. It is necessary to combine efforts for search of mutual understanding and the solution of burning issues of the present, proceeding from our principles and universal values. With this determination we start preparation for carrying out the Second WFSC and we call all not indifferent, conscientious, spiritually rich and generous people to join us.

Together only, we will achieve a great success! Only united we will prevail Victory!
