October 18 in the frame of the Day of Spiritual Accord, at 14:00 (GMT + 6), Nur-Sultan (Kazakhstan) will host an International conference themed: "Strengthening interfaith and interethnic harmony as an answer to modern world challenges ".
The times we are living now is not just difficult, it is full of unpredictability grimaces, political speculation, world economic crisis, moral degradation of the human society and local wars, which can lead to a global catastrophe.
What shall we do? I think today this question concerns those who empathize with current events and me as well. In this context I suggest that all of us have to look into inner world, to find grains of kindness and compassion towards our fellow creatures, to understand people around us, not dividing them by various criteria, and not to be evil towards someone else. And most importantly, to carry a positive attitude to life, to do every day and hour something that is helpful not only for ourselves, but first of all for people around us. If we can achieve it, then we will be able, at least a little, to change our common world.
