Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree of awarding the President of the International Association "Peace through Culture" Tolegen Mukhamejanov by Order of Friendship.

Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded the President of the International Association. As stated in the Presidential Decree "On conferring state awards of the Russian Federation" dated May 7, 2015, Tolegen Mukhamejanov was awarded the highest award for outstanding contribution to the strengthening of  friendship and cooperation with the Russian Federation, the development of trade, economic and cultural ties.
